Entertainment Learning SAS was created to bring a digital entertainment approach to the world of education.
Its flagship service, English Attack! (www.english-attack.com) creates true innovation in English language learning via a 100% entertainment-driven approach to helping learners increase and enhance their exposure to, and social use of, the English language. It achieves this via interactive video clips from blockbuster movies, hit TV series, chart-topping music videos, and television news reports; professionally produced casual games; visual dictionaries; and social network functionalities.
Entertainment Learning / English Attack! has been a winner or finalist at a number of French and pan-European start-up competitions, including Plugg 2010 in Brussels, The Next Web 2010 in Amsterdam; Tech Crunch Paris 2010; and Seedcamp Paris 2010. The company is part of the Paris Developpement cluster of tech start-up companies and is housed at the Paris Innovation Bourse incubator in central Paris.
