TM.Biz offers In-Use Reports for investigation efforts regarding taken usernames matching a trademark. The In-Use Reports compiles screen shots of public profiles. The trademark lawyer can utilize this report to determine if potential infringement, dilution or impersonation is occurring.
3) Trademark Reservation
TM.Biz will reserve trademarks on the available social networks. TM.Biz does all the work of initiating and activating the user accounts on behalf of the trademark owner. TM.Biz provides a mailbox for receiving all in-coming email from the social networks. Trademark owners may access this mailbox at any time and redirect the email to other email addresses if they desire.
4) Username Watching
