Effective Measure is an online Audience Measurement tool, headquartered in Australia, with offices in Dubai, London, New York, Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore.

Effective Measure combines demographic information with direct-from-site data. Effective Measure’s user information comes from a combintation of online panel, census based page tagging and online survey.

Effective Measure has grown rapidly in the 5 months since commercial launch, and now claims over 95 million people in their audience measurement network.
