Overview Ecosource solutions, inc is a web-based marketplace that connects facility managers, contractors and the facility supplies they use. This marketplace allows facility managers to manage facility supplies, service contracts, Broad cast RFP’s(request for proposals), negotiate service terms and market their properties for lease or sale from a single intuitive web based system. For commercial contactors (ex. Janitorial, plumbing, air conditioning, landscaping) it provides a simple platform for them to create and manage customized estimates/proposals for facility managers, manage supplies , service contracts, Invoices , payments and work orders. Our solution merges industry standard work flows in order to create a simple and seamless system for facility services lifecycle (quotations to service agreements/contracts to work orders to invoices and finally payment). For property managers, this result in greater efficiency, cost savings, and allows them to utilize and create their own service ecosystem of small local contractors without being burden administratively.
