E994 is a mobile location emergency service that distributes the location of victims in distress to people who have subscribed to receive their location information. It uses mobile location technology to detect where the victim is located before this location is sent to receivers in a mode that they can understand and react. The recipient includes volunteers who have volunteered to assist in helping the patient when they receive the alert as well as relatives of the victim who wants to know the location of the victim whenever there is trouble.
