The Web Summit is Europe’s largest tech startup event. October 2012’s summit had 4,200 attendees and some 270 exhibiting startups. 2013 will have over 6,000 attendees. The summit has numerous stages covering startups, cloud, digital, developer as well as pitching stages for new startups.
Previous speakers at the summit have included the founders and CEO’s of Youtube, Skype, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Flipboard, Mozilla, Yandex, Beats By Dre and many others. Partners from Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Index, Atomico, Earlybird, Greylock, Crunchfund, Google Ventures, RRE, Polaris and many others have spoken or judged at the event.
