DokDok is a new way to share, track and version files, simply by sending and receiving emails.
Instead of replacing email attachments, DokDok leverages its pervasiveness and enhances your current email setup by adding new features. How does it work?
Step 1) When you attach a file to an email, simply select “Track with DokDok” and versions of this attachment will now be tracked and archived by DokDok.
Step 2) Send and receive email as usual
Step 3) When you open any message (sent or received) that includes the attachement, DokDok will indicate which version is attached to that message, what the latest version of the file is and display notifications if anyone is making changes to their copy. You can always access the online archive to see past version of a file.
Using DokDok makes building a shared document repository dead simple. Attachments tracked with DokDok are automatically archived for future reference along with the messages they were attached to so you have the full context, not just the files. No need to remember to save files on a shared group space anymore.
