doctordoctor is an e-health web platform that facilitates the relationship and interaction between the different actors of the prÃvate healthcare industry: patients, doctors, clinics, health insurance companies and medical associations.
Patients can find, book, manage and plan appointments online with the most appropriate doctor, instantly and for free through all the web elements of doctordoctor´s platform.
Doctors and clinics use doctordoctor through a desktop application based on the cloud (cloud computing) and/or on mobile handsets (iPhone, iPad). They manage their whole practice and business more efficiently with this application. They set it in such a way that allows a permanent communication flow with their patients in order for these to book as well appointments directly online.
doctordoctor won the IE Venture Lab 2010, a relevant start-up competition in Spain organized by IE Business School.
