DealerBahn is an online commercial credit application network, offering franchised commercial equipment dealers access to a diverse group of commercial equipment lenders and product vendors.
Business Model: Credit application services are FREE to dealers. Revenues derived from access, application and success fees charges to banks and vendors. Web-based application delivered via Software as a Service from SAS 70 Type II data centers.
Target Markets: -Franchised distributors of commercial equipment in the U.S. (verticals included office technology, health care, construction, materials handling and transportation markets) -Banks and independent financial services firms who specialize in commercial equipment finance -Vendors providing services in / around commercial equipment transaction space. (Insurance, extended warranty, appraisals, auctions, UCC filing, credit reporting entities….)
Have already acquired dealers and vendors who are willing to participate in beta launch. Currently negotiating terms with multiple banks.
