Cube Billing is a cloud-based application with two service offerings: An Internal Cost Allocation/Chargeback System and an External Billing System.

Cube Billing aims to empower clients with the ability to easily understand cost and revenue information via chargeback and billing applications. The goals are to help make financial data transparent across sales, delivery, account teams, and external clients. The following business problems are primary targets for Cube’s software application:

1. When the use of Excel for billing and cost allocation becomes error prone, introduces complexity, and doesn’t meet business needs.
2. When making decisions based only on summary level data regarding costs of products/services, due to a lack of detailed information about where profits are truly generated.
3. When companies lack the ability to validate productivity initiatives implemented throughout the company.
4. When client invoices become so complex they require manual manipulation.
