Crunch is an online accountancy firm specialising in easy, accessible accounting for freelancers, contractors and small businesses.
Crunch is unique in that it offers both online accounting software and a full accountancy service backed by a team of experts. Each client gets their own account manager and accountant, and all company tax submissions (including the company year end) are included in the flat monthly fee.
The Crunch Complete package is available for £59.50+VAT per month, and this includes unrestricted access to the Crunch online software plus unlimited access to your own accountant and account manager. Complete also includes registered office (meaning Crunch will take care of your business post) and authorised agent (meaning Crunch will deal with the taxman on your behalf) services.
Crunch clients also get access to Snap, an iPhone and Android app which allows the automatic recording of expenses by taking a photograph of a receipt. The relevant data is captured and stored in your Crunch account automatically.
Due to this unique combination of cloud software and dedicated, personal service Crunch can offer features that software-only vendors cannot. For example VAT Returns can be generated, checked by an accountant and submitted all in a few clicks, and End of Year accounts can be generated in seconds.
