In recent times we have witnessed a huge growth in the “Halal Food and Beverages Industry” as well as the “Islamic Banking and Finance Industry”. Now the same Halal conscious market segment is becoming increasing mobile for both work and leisure and as such there is a need to provide travel and tourism facilities and services catering to the unique needs of this group of travellers.

This requires the travel and tourism industries to take into account their unique needs in designing their products and services benefiting both the travellers as well as the travel industry.
