The Council for International Trade, Technology, Education and Communication works directly with manufacturers and technology companies to help them implement state of the art technologies, modern manufacturing practices and progressive business and workforce development techniques. Combining the skills of its own staff with other regional, state and national resources, CITEC assists North Country companies achieve high performance.
CITEC serves Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties of New York State.
