Toon Doctor (formerly Coolstreak Cartoons) is a Canadian animation studio specialized in Flash cartoon animation. Over the years the company has created many animated projects for clients all over the world. Toon Doctor released several Flash training products between 2003 and 2004.

Toon Doctor is also the owner of the comic book news Website The Comic Book Bin which it acquired in January 2004. The Comic Book Bin had been launched by Toon Doctor’s founder as an independent project in August 2002. The Comic Book Bin has often spearheaded developments and changes at Toon Doctor. In 2010, Toon Doctor created its first ComicBookBin app for iOS. In July 2010, its webOS ComicbookBin app was released. In September 2010, Toon Doctor also released a ComicBookBin app for Android. The Comic Book Bin is one of the largest comic book news Website and has several contributors and unique contents.

In November 2010, Toon Doctor released its first non ComicBookBin-related app, TED for HP webOS.

Toon Doctor operated in Montreal, Canada from 2002 to 2006. Since then the company has been headquartered in Calgary, Canada.

The company is incorporated under the Canadian federal charter and is privately own by its shareholders. Toon Doctor® is a registered trade-mark in Canada and the United States of America.
