Conversocial is a social customer service SaaS tool for Facebook and Twitter. It enables organizations to plug in their customer service teams to Facebook and Twitter, enabling better customer service and reporting with less agent time needed. It is fully integrated into the Facebook wall and Twitter stream without separate apps or tabs, and allows customer service agents, social media managers and analytics managers to work seamlessly together.
