Founded in early 2010 by Todd Fast and Ryan Kennedy, Conga creates a new channel for social interaction with people outside your existing social circle, based on proximity in the real world and homophily, or similarity. It shows you the people you cross paths with most frequently, what you have in common with them, and lets you time- and place-shift your social interactions around these shared experiences, all with a strong focus on privacy.
