Confidela launched WatchDoxâ„¢, its flagship service, in early 2009. WatchDox allows users to protect, control and track documents when sharing them with partners, customers and other parties.

WatchDox is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

Confidela is a privately held company headquartered in Silicon Valley, with an R&D facility in Israel. Confidela is backed by Shlomo Kramer (co-founder of Check Point and Imperva) and Gemini Israel Funds.
