Community TechKnowledge, Inc., web-based software solutions help non-profits manage and report on all types of client, donor, volunteer, staff and program data, generating reports on outputs, performance and outcomes, and the impact of services and funding on communities. Since our founding in 1999 by former social worker, nonprofit executive director and United Way Vice President, Kathryn Engelhardt-Cronk, CTK has grown from our Austin headquarters to include offices in Los Angeles and the United Kingdom.
CTK was the first software company of its kind, made to fulfill new technology needs unique to nonprofits—including comprehensive, centralized client and funder data collection and sophisticated inputs and outcomes reporting.
CTK’s products are used by more than 8,000 non-profit organizations, serving human service providers, food banks, advocacy groups, faith-based organizations, United Ways and foundations, as well as many other types of nonprofit groups.
