commentto is a social bookmarking and commenting service, using which you can comment-to, highlight, bookmark, save, and share any webpage and even excerpts (parts of any webpage).
All a user does is signup, download browser extension, and start using commentto.
And to use commentto, just surf the web as you normally would, and when you find something interesting, or some content that you’d like to save, just select it on the page, and “Save” it to commentto.
