CoachingMill is a sports coaching website aimed at providing coaches with quality resources to improve their coaching ability.
Sports coaches can view, create and rate sports coaching resources such as training drills and sessions, coaching articles and year plans. Current sports include Cricket, Soccer, Hockey and Rugby.
The site is free to use and aims to be a community driven site where coaches from around the world can share their knowledge and experience. This gives expert coaches a platform where they can give back some knowledge to the community as well as somewhere were new or inexperienced coaches can go to learn new techniques and get advice.
Currently users are able to draw training drills, write articles and plan sessions using all available drills. Training resources can be made private, where only the user can view it, or public so that everyone can use the resource. Training resources can also be saved to private folders so that coaches can organise the resources they are particularly interested in for easy use later.
