CNN Provides news that can be obtained on just about any other network.
I will write a short opinion in hope someone will take notice and decide it’s time for real change. I have been watching news for ten years, everyday, hours of news, everyday. The real answer the ratings are down is because CNN doesn’t care about the news anymore.
War; this is how I came to know CNN. Bernard Shaw, risking his life to bring the America coverage of the War in Iraq.
” This is Bernie Shaw. Something is happening outside…Peter Arnett, join me here. Let’s describe to our viewers what we’re seeing…The skies over Baghdad have been illuminated…We’re seeing bright flashes going off all over the sky.”
The previous quote established CNN as the network one can rely on for the news as it’s happening. I think Americans actually hoped the truth was about to come out. The truth turned out to be, this was just a way for CNN to get their foot in the door with the rest of the sell out’s. But, it’s not too late to take the road less traveled by today’s standards.
Something is happening outside, Something very bad is happening outside to good people because of failed policy and if the news doesn’t even care who are we supposed to turn to for help. The news is a huge responsibility and CNN is taking it far too lightly.
You need me to share with you what I have figured out about the coverage of our nations troubles. You want rating’s, I’ll give you ratings. It will take time but the world will never improve if we don’t hold our leaders to their word on a daily basis.
