CloudShare (formerly IT Structures) makes it easy to build, manage and share any business application instantly and on-demand, in the cloud. Used by individual business and IT professionals, small teams and enterprises, CloudShare offers complete and easy cloud solutions for development and testing, migration, training, demos and proofs of concept. CloudShare is backed by Sequoia Capital, Charles River Ventures and Gemini, customers include Cisco, SAP, HP, Dell, McAfee and Adobe.

CloudShare brings any business application to the cloud and distributes exact copies “instantly and on-demand“ no licenses, physical servers, install, configuration or recoding of any kind. It includes everything in an easy-to-use yet complete cloud: preinstalled, fully licensed OS and business software, workflow and one-click functionality to build and share multiple, dedicated copies of your environment.

CloudShare offers two products: CloudShare Enterprise, for enterprise team collaboration on multiple environments; CloudShare ProPlus, for individual and small team IT and business users.
