CloudProfile provides a social media business presence that lets small and medium businesses get online, get found naturally and socially, discover new prospects, engage customers in conversations and sell more.

Designed to let a business amplify its online voice, with CloudProfile SMBs can:

1. Create a rich business profile using photos, videos, tags, products and services showcase, and custom backgrounds and colors.
2. Publish content from the web, desktop gadgets and mobile apps.
3. Sync updates to Facebook profiles, Facebook pages and Twitter accounts to post once and be found everywhere.
4. Submit structured business information to the top search engines, business directories, GPS directories, mobile directories and info411 listings.
5. Use Facebook and Twitter radar to find and join in real-time and geo-targeted conversations about their business, keywords or competitors.
6. Connect with customers directly with simple commenting, sharing, following, click-to-call, e-mail, text messaging, mapping and more.

CloudProfile is an open platform that is optimized for partner and channel distribution. An API allows for integration and development of third party applications and extensions. Complete white-labeling supports distribution and resale through any channel with a small and medium business base.
