BlockBeacon connects local businesses and local consumers when their needs and wants match in real-time

BlockBeacon addresses two key pain points within the local market:

1. Businesses need to reach local consumers with real-time marketing messages (such as perishable inventory, etc.)

2. Consumers want to know what’s going on at local businesses right now

Real-time, geo-enabled technologies and social media tools should facilitate the right type of solution, but the right product does not exist today.

BlockBeacon is based in Santa Monica, Ca and is currently being incubated out of BlueWaters Research founded by Matt Coffin and Jake Winebaum.
