Israel based ClickTake takes web analytic services to the next level. Unlike traditional web analytic services that render only numerical statistics, ClickTale provides webmasters the ability to watch movies of users’ individual browsing sessions. Every keystroke, mouse movement, and click is recorded for easy playback. It provides webmasters with information needed to improve a site’s navigation, usability, and general effectiveness. Also, ClickTale generates “heat maps” of most watched or clicked areas on the site (Screenshots below are of various HeatMaps).

In addition to these features, ClickTale provides a unique set of statistics that address important usability questions. For example, webmasters can understand how much of the webpage users see and how often they scroll to the webpage’s bottom from the “Percent of Page Viewed” statistic.

ClickTale is a hosted service, so no installation is needed on the server-side or client-side. Setup takes only a few minutes. Webmasters add a small piece of javascript code to their webpages. The javascript collects browsing data and transmits it to the ClickTale servers for processing.
