Citizenside is a Paris based video and photo agency that sells content from amateurs and sets up plateforms for media houses around the world.

It’s partly owned by Agence France Presse (AFP), one of the 3 biggest news agencies with AP and Reuters.

1- The company offers to amateurs to share and sell their news content, mainly news, celebrities and sports images (Check the website)

2- Citizenside sets up ‘Citizen Reporters Platforms’ for its clients, media around the world. (ie: the biggest French Gossip Magazine, Voici.fr )

3- Citizenside sells video and photo content from its own community and from its client communities, to media houses. (ie: First images of the most famous rogue Trader ‘Jerome Kerviel’, sold to CNN, Al Jazeera, BBC, Paris Match, etc… for around 100k€).
