Cirius Technologies is a mobile advertising company that was founded in Tokyo, Japan, in 2004. Cirius USA was established in Sunnyvale, California, in 2008.

The company’s flagship product is called AdLocal, which is a location-based mobile advertising platform that’s currently being offered in Japan and the USA (through Cirius USA). AdLocal makes it possible to reach consumers with ads that take into account the physical location of users via GPS, Cell-IDs, map coordinates and other information.

AdLocal is a self-serve solution and can be accessed by advertisers and publishers through a dedicated website. (http://www.mobileflow.org)
