CICLON Semiconductor Device Corporation (pronounced see-clone) is a leader in the design, development, and sale of high-frequency, high-efficiency RF LDMOS and power MOSFET semiconductor solutions for high-performance information technology applications.

The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. As of February 11, 2009, CICLON Semiconductor Device Corp. operates as a subsidiary of Texas Instruments Inc.
