Church Office Online

Church Office Online was founded in early 2005. Church Office Online’s flagship product, Church Membership Online, was born based on a discussion of one of the founders with a friend who happened to be in charge of the church membership database for their church. As they spoke the following problems / needs were identified:

• The available church management software was expensive, outdated & difficult to use
• Storing all church management data on a local church computer was insecure & unstable
• Volunteers had a hard time making time to drive into the church to use the church computer
• Backups & data integrity measures were not being taken on the church’s data

Based on these needs, the idea of creating an inexpensive, user friendly and accessible online church management software was born.

With a small, but dedicated and caring staff, Church Office Online has grown to service churches across the United States and all over the world.
