I'd like to thank you, Channel Intelligence, for helping to bring to light the obvious and terrible flaws currently present in the patent and legal systems. Your ridiculous patent regarding storing a list in a database is sure to generate yet another massive uproar and hopefully be a catalyst for change in the patent system. So, as I said before, thank you for being greedy. Thank you for being ridiculous. Thank you for showing America what is so wrong with these systems. Hopefully by the time I'm ready to patent my own inventions[1] the patent system will be more realistic and useful in today's world. [1]: By inventions, I mean novel ideas of my own that don't exist anywhere. I think you may have missed the memo on that one.

I hope you get what's coming to you. Why don't you go out and do some real innovation!?

I hope you realize how dumb you all look now, and realize that one of these companies probably has a friend that is a lawyer and he will counter sue your company into the ground for legal fee.s

I applaud Channel Intelligence's recent move to capitalize on what is rightfully theirs; the ability to store a list of things that people like. It doubtlessly took large principal investments to see this technology developed. Stand for what is right! Support intellectual property!

Sounds familiar. I hear one of the online photo services is trying get competitors to license their worthless "patent" that describes creating a pdf file and printing it on a printer.
