Cal Tech International (CTI) was established in 1988, based in Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. The company is focused on oil and gas development in Russia (Western Siberia) and Ethiopia, and has secured leases on highly productive reserves. Its major new initiative is the exploitation of proprietary, proven Gas-to-Liquid Technology (GTL) which is competitive at current world prices. CTI also participates in the development of High Speed Rail systems, power plants and gas transmission lines.
