1) Designers and developers can build HTML/CSS page layouts from scratch using our WYSIWYG interface and HTML editor - just like using Dreamweaver but through your browser
2) Anyone can load an existing HTML page and edit it’s content before republishing - an extremely simple way to make quick edits to your page
It does all of this without reliance of restrictive template structures or fixed hosting demands.
