BP3 is a professional services firm focused on business process improvement and business process management.
BP3 focuses on these areas from a management discipline perspective, as well as a technology perspective. On the improvement and management front, BP3 employs techniques from Six Sigma, Lean, and other process improvement disciplines. On the technology side, BP3 deploys various BPMS solutions to implement business processes (e.g. Lombardi, Appian, ActiveVos, Intalio, and jBPM).
BP3 is headquartered in Austin, Texas and was founded by two Lombardi alumni, Lance Gibbs and Scott Francis.
