The Company was founded in 1939 and is based in Tokyo, Japan with additional offices in Hokkaido, Miyagi, Tochigi, Saitama, Kanagawa, Shizuoka, Aichi, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka, Japan, as well as subsidiary locations in Rayong, Thailand; and Niigata Saitama, Gunma, Nagano, Kanagawa, and Tokyo, Japan. Bosch Corporation operates as a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GMBH.
