Good marketing, the script is OK, but the new one Dolphin 7 looks incredible. Fells like the whole world is waiting for it.

aeDating was a total marketing job and they would edit comments on the forums and pull all sorts of crazy marketing shennanigans. Very, very scary. When they ended up "merging" with Boonex, I trusted both even less. Looking at the forums I was terrified of using anything more than their "free" aeDating repackaging as "Dolphin" which they try to sell with their $1000 package of junky plugins. I have yet to see a reliable site using all of them besides what they run and under different identities.

I had some communication problems, but the product itself is best of the breed. I love Dolphin is I have my own team to take care of support. THAT works like magic.

I tried BoonEx about a year ago, but it didn't really take off. Tried it again this year and now run 3 sites on it. The software is superb - you just have to be a creative and persistent.

I agree! I have been having second thoughts about purchasing Boonex because there is absolutly no contact phone number for customer information or support! This scares the hell out of me as I need three community websites that will cost me a lot of money! Come on Boonex! Be smart and responsible! You will make a lot more money for your efforts!

I have installed it with no problems, it works well. I cannot get Boonex to answer my emails. It all seems good but if they don't answer their support emails they will lose the trust of the customers. I would like to see Boonex staff handle customer complainst on the blogs and forums, just to prove they do care about their customers and their software.
