BilingualHire, founded by David and Edith Molina in August 2008 helps organizations connect with bilingual talent.
In Oct. 2004, Portland-based, Linfield College School of Nursing approached the founders to help identify bilingual talent to help diversify the campus and meet the growing demands of a diverse nation; RED Consulting Group, a bilingual recruitment and consulting firm was formed to meet the needs of Linfield and other clients. In early 2007, RED closed its office doors due to the deployment of First Lieutenant Molina. Moina blogged the continuation of the business and re-opened it in mid-2008 under the name BilingualHire.
