why and whats wrong with big fish games on yahoo ?

I am having the same problem-charged for a game I did not get. I cannot contact anyone at the company

i am having the same problem purchased a one off game so i thought and they keep charging me every month how do i stop this

I purchased 4 games in 2008 and have been charged for a another game every month. I have never ordered or received the games charged for. Please stop charging me. I have at long last been able to cancel my "membership" but no credit has been offered. Please contact and helo Irene Schutz.

This company is OUTSTANDING with their customer service and their help. I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card and I called them and it was immediately addressed. They were 100% professional and very warm, kind and easy to talk to.

Please, I have the same problem as Sabra (above).....how can I stop you charging me...I havent bought a game in long time and will most definitely not buy one again! STOP CHARGING ME!!!

When you canceled your account, had you fulfilled the obligations of you contract? Because, for instance, if you signed up for the package that is $6.99 per game credit, you have to buy 12 credits within the year. If you cancel before you have fulfilled that obligation, they may either charge you until you have, or charge you the balance of the obligation in one lump sum at once. I have never had a problem getting in touch with them AND I go on their website practically every day. Try going through tech support to get in contact with them. Hope this helps!

Well i'm so glad i'm not the only one!!! i'm going to the bank and stopping the changes that way and i surgest everyone else does the same. You would think that they would have a phone number you could get hold of them on but the number i found for them doesn't even work. All abit weird if you ask me. Well hope you load sort out your problems with them.

I just purchased the game Annabel and it is not a new game every day, it is the same old game. Am I doing something wrong?

Bigfishgames,com has been unresponsive for several days. I cannot get the website. How do you find out if an internet company has gone kaput?

I really like this game site I have neve had a problem with them, lots of varitiy in their games.

I agree with Ken. I cancelled my account and am still being charged. There is no way to get in touch with these people other than their website or their Seattle address. Is there a phone number we can use?? After reading all these complaints about continued charges, it makes you wonder if they're a legitimate company.

If you have a charge from these guys, you probably signed up for a membership by mistake. This isn't the place for help about with their service. Go to bigfishgames.com and look for their help section if have a problem with their service. Techcrunch is not affiliated with them and their site is not meant as an outlet for your complaints.

I have been trying for 2 days to get online with them. Cannot even get the website to load anymore. Does anyone know what is going on.

I got an unexplained charge from this company as well. Tried to call them, can't get through, they say call back later. What company doesn't put you on hold?? I e-mailed them, got a generic, automated response. I think this is a scam and they got ahold of people's credit card numbers. I am disputing all charges, and will get a new card if I have to...it all sounds a little "fishy" to me....

I was billed for a game on 09/2208 on my credit card and I did not purchase a game neither is it on my purchase history. How do I get this attended to?

I too have been trying desperately to contact Big fish games by some source other than e-mail because I want to add games but am unable to log into my account. I have sent them numerous e-mails in which I get the same reply that they have sent me a new password via my e-mail address. I have never gotten this e-mail from them. They are on my safe sender list. So, if anyone knows how to contact them please help.

Seriously...look at the bottom of their website; it lists every contact they have...including customer support. Way to do a bit of your own research Ms. Caps-lock
