The business was formally established in 2009, by repeat entrepreneur Jesse Hemson-Struthers and Mark Bosman, to facilitate investment by outside parties.
4Di Capital has provided seed capital of an undisclosed amount to the South Africa-based start up, which seed capital is intended to support the business through product development and an initial “own-brand” product launch.
