The Behance team develops products and services for creative industries. The company’s mission is to empower the careers of creative professionals.

BEHANCE NETWORK (Behance.net) The Behance Network is the leading online platform for creative professionals. In the Fall of 2010, the Behance Network ( Behance.net and associated “Served sites”) was receiving over 30 million pageviews from over 6 million visitors per month. Creative professionals use the site to showcase their online portfolios on Behance’s galleries as well as other sites including Linkedin, AIGA, MTV, and others.

Behance (also known as BE.NET) has because a powerful utility for creative professionals when it comes to marketing, keeping online portfolios in sync across sites, and building a network of peers. Leading creative companies like Nike, Apple, IDEO, and others use the platform to find, track, and hire creative talent.

THE 99% (the99percent.com) The 99% is Behance’s think tank, devoted to research on execution and productivity in the creative industries. The 99% oversees the Network and includes other reasearch, product development, and consulting initiatives - all focused on serving the creative professsional community. Behance’s annual conference, The 99%, takes place in New York City every spring and has included such luminaries as Fred Wilson, Jack Dorsey, and Seth Godin - all speaking about how they make ideas happen. The conference sells out months in advance and serves as a powerful brand building initiative for Behance.

ACTION METHOD (actionmethod.com) The Action Method is an intuitive approach to productivity, designed to help creative thinkers push their ideas into action. Based on the power of capturing and managing “Action Steps” (tasks you need to complete), Action Method ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and ideas are accomplished. Action Method includes a suite of paper products, a powerful online task management application, and a series of mobile applications.

Served Network (theserved.com) The Served sites streams projects in specific categories (e.g. fashion, industrial design, photography…) of work by creative professionals. The Served sites are galleries that feature trending projects in specific verticals from the Behance Network platform.
