The company was formerly known as DLI Engineering Corporation and changed its name to Azima DLI in October, 2008. The company was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts. As of September 30, 2008, Azima DLI operates as a subsidiary of Azima Inc.
