Ayax Systems provides online decision-making tools and analytics to corporations, universities and research/marketing firms.
Ayax Systems created LetSimonDecide.com – a decision-making website to help people think through relevant factors before they make important decisions. The idea for LetSimonDecide.com came from founder Ricardo Solar’s personal experience. Solar realized he constantly created long lists of pros and cons and later used Excel spreadsheets with weighted factors to make key decisions about his family, home/personal life and career. Solar decided the world needed a formalized approach, and began researching a scientific method. LetSimonDecide.com was born.
Ayax is comprised of a multidisciplinary, multilingual team of marketers, mathematicians, researchers, psychologists and former Fortune 500 executives – you might call them refugees from the world of traditional thinking.

LetSimonDecide.com is a decision-making website that uses a weighted factors-based approach to help anyone who needs to make a personal decision – from buying a car to a more difficult decision like selecting a college or changing career paths.
Available in both English and Spanish language versions, LetSimonDecide.com provides a range of tools that ask users relevant questions, which are then compared to answers they give about their personal values, goals, personality and current living/family situation. Simon then ranks the importance and relevance of key factors within each tool before recommending a course of action.
LetSimonDecide.com’s on-screen personality, “Simon,” can help with virtually any type of decision, large or small such as: • What type of college would best meet their goals • Where to live after school • Which type of car makes the most sense to buy • Whether to work for others or start a business • Whether to stay in the stock market or sell off • Whether to buy a house or continue renting
The process typically takes anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of and stakes involved in the decision. Users have the option to fill out a Life Profile before they begin where they answer questions about their personal and career goals; living and family situations; personality and outside interests.
