Avature is a Web 2.0 technology company founded by Dimitri Boylan, co-founder and former CEO of HotJobs.com.

Their flagship product is Avature CRM, the only Enterprise CRM built specifically for global recruiting. It’s Web 2.0 interface facilitates sourcing from social media and resume databases throughout the Internet. Tags, journaling, and fast search gives users the ability to quickly find and contact potential job candidates.
