Their flagship software is their Sourcing CRM, the only Enterprise CRM system built specifically for global recruiting operations. It’s Web 2.0 interface allows for dynamic interactions and fast navigation in a business function where a users ability to quickly find and contact a potential job candidates is a significant competitive advantage.

Avature’s architecture is based on a unique combination of server-side Java EE and client-side JavaScript/JSON for fast asynchronous communication and multi-layer business logic. The system is delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) which means quick set up and low total cost of ownership.
