APhub is a free web based accounts payable workflow software. It has been built to help companies better manage their accounts payable processes. It supports a paperless process with electronic approvals of purchase orders and invoices .
Furthermore, it provides a supplier interface through the vendor portal, where suppliers can upload invoice documents and data (to eliminate manual keying in) and can also check their statement status eliminating the need for follow up calls and emails from them.
APhub is free to use with a limitation of 500 purchase orders and 500 invoices a month and a max of 3 users at any time. To eliminate these limitations, companies can subscribe to the premium access for a monthly fee of $99 (US).
