amoCRM provides a hosted customer relations management solution tailored to small and medium sized businesses.
Instead of the user having to install software on his or her hard drive, he or she needs only a Web browser. This automates database syncing, gives access to users who are away from the office, and makes operating system compatibility issues a thing of the past.
amoCRM’s deal management system allows users to keep track of deals they have with clients, and associate clients with them. Within each deal, users can add tasks and assign them to employees so that it’s clear who is supposed to do what. When a deal is completed, an administrator (or somebody who’s been granted certain roles for that deal) can flag a deal as successful, unsuccessful, or any number of custom flags.
amoCRM uses these flags to create a sales funnel, which helps companies figure out where in the sales process they need to improve. Users can also see reports on each individual employee, team, or the organization as a whole, and their success rates.
