LRAD Corporation, formerly American Technology Corporation, is engaged in the design, development and commercialization of directed sound technologies and products. The principal markets for the Company’s sound reproduction technologies and products are in North America, Europe and Asia. The Company’s flagship product line is called the Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD). Its LRAD-X products use directionality and focused acoustic output to clearly transmit critical information, instructions and warnings 500 meters and beyond.
