Alpine Access is a provider of home-based call center services. The company has more than 4,500 home-based employees and provides a full suite of call center services including outsourcing, consulting, recruiting and training.

Alpine Access is best-known for its at-home call center outsourcing services. The company’s mature, highly qualified home-based workers field customer service, tech support, sales and collections calls for some of the largest companies in the U.S. Today, many companies are bringing customer service operations back from offshore call centers to companies like Alpine Access because the “virtual” model delivers higher performance at a fraction of the cost of a traditional, bricks and mortar call center.

All of the company’s 4,500 employees work remotely through the use of a sophisticated technology infrastructure. All training, recruiting, hiring and work is done online.

Clients include ten of the Fortune 100 companies in the financial services, communications, technology, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality sectors.
