ALICE (A Life Improving Customer Experience) is a platform that allows hoteliers to provide mobile services to their guests.

ALICE enables guests to access and purchase more of the services they want, whenever they want them. ALICE makes requesting and booking services such as spa treatments, room service, housekeeping requests, and restaurant reservations simple, efficient, and accessible. ALICE’s innovative platform will enable hotels to connect with their customer 24/7, resulting in improved revenue as well as enhanced efficiency of daily operations and task management.
As a network, ALICE will actively collect guests’ preferences and behavior through their activities in all partnered hotels. Hotels will be able to better understand their guests and use this accumulated data to better serve their needs.
