Airside Mobile provides a mobile transaction platform for airport passengers to find, purchase, and receive retail and services at the airport via their smartphones.
Airside’s platform includes mobile apps for passengers, apps and web services for point-of-sale solutions, and a secure backend with CRM analytics, and a fully PCI-compliant payment gateway. Airside’s current customers have annual on-airport revenues of approximately $3 billion.
Founders Hans Miller, Adam Tsao and Ganesh Ramachandran have extensive experience operating within the airport environment and have played a major role in multiple airport process re-designs over the past decade. In 2007, Hans and Adam coordinated the launch of mobile boarding passes in the US, working closely with IATA and Continental Airlines.
