AdvancedREI

AdvancedREI is a professional social network designed for marketing and collaborating on commercial real estate financials. They use detailed algorithms to provide more accurate forecasts that can be easily updated and shared with anyone, in real time.

Instead of users sharing only one set of financial analysis, typically through static PDF files, AdvancedREI lets users create multiple scenarios that can more accurately reflect potential realities. They do this by modeling potential tenant behavior and applying it to each unit individual over a period of time, instead of calculating an average and applying that average to all units. The results are displayed in a ten-year cash flow “forecast” that can be easily manipulated to model changing marketplace conditions over time.
