The May 2011 acquisition of Hong Kong-based Emphasis Video Entertainment Ltd., the leading marketer of inflight entertainment licenses in Asian languages and a content service provider for airlines in Asia, as well as the acquisition of Entertainment in Motion, Inc., based in Los Angeles, USA, an independent inflight entertainment licensing company, are further milestones in the company’s growth strategy.
